Roving Reporter: Kailey (Wed, Nov 8th)

Hi! My name is Kailey, and I'm the Roving Reporter for Wednesday, November 8th.

To start out the day, we had a Guest Teacher named Ms. Nepodal. We suddenly did our warm-ups and a new group went to Read Naturally. Read Naturally is now scheduled in the morning.

First, we corrected our Daily Math Practice. Today, we had subtracting fractions with different denominators. Next, we corrected our Grammar Minutes. We were working with adjectives and adverbs.

After warm-ups, we corrected our math homework on subtracting fractions with unlike denominators. The students came up and demonstrated problems on the board. Then, we did a math page in our hard math books and we corrected it before going to recess.

RECESS

Following recess, we practiced for a play called The Secret Ingredient. Then, we got in groups and practiced for 35 minutes.

Afterwards, we wrote down our homework and the first group went to the Computer Lab. Then, the rest of us corrected our language arts homework on definitions of the vocabulary words.

We watched a video about the European explorers, and we worked in our Social Studies workbooks.

LUNCH / RECESS

Lastly, the second group went to the Computer Lab and we ended our day with choir.
