Mr. McMurray's 5th grade class starts out with warm-ups, such as practicing cursive writing and geography and one math page. Another warm-up is correcting our homework, and then we do writing in our journals.
Then we did our reading story, Line Drive, and we read our summary of the story that we wrote for homework.
I also went to recess, and afterwards we wrote a sentence or two of what we were going to write about a fun event in our life. We also wrote in our binder reminders what was for homework, and then we left.
