We arrived at school to another rainy day today. We wiped off our feet and shook off the raindrops, then greeted Mr. McMurray.
As soon as we were about to settle in to the classroom, Mr. McMurray took us back in the rain to head for Too Good For Drugs in the Arts Center. We learned about making the right choices.
When we returned to class, we prepared to go to Language Arts Centers with the other 5th grade classes. During Centers we did the "6 Minute Solution."
It was a rainy day recess, so we stayed indoors and watched Ratatouille. Afterwards, we corrected last night's homework and then Angelica and Krystalina collected it for us all.
We then completed a test on percent from Chapter 16 in our math book.
Before we went home we were given tonight's homework assignment, which was to complete our Literature Circles reading and job assignments, and, of course, a Daily Blog chore for myself.
