The Daily Blog (Feb 10) - Kannen

When Mr. McMurray picked us up from the upper playground, we walked down the stairs to Flag Salute and recited the Pledge of Allegiance lead by our school's vice president Tyler.

After that, Mr. McMurray called up the members of the Undead Pandas the winners of the 2009-2010 Patriot Cup, to shake their hand and I was happy to win this year's MVP of the NLF (Noon League Football). I had a good year but only because of my teammates who were awesome.

After Flag Salute, we went to Too Good For Drugs when we talked about goals, and not like the kind goal you score in a soccer match. The kind of goals we talk about are the kind goals that you achieve in the future. A goal should be positive, realistic, and hard work.

After that, we went to centers. Centers are when we go to a different class to practice on our language arts skills. When centers were over, we went to recess when we played the in the NLF All-Star Game, Red vs. Blue. At the end of the 1st half Red was up 6-0 after Mario intercepted a pass for a touchdown. The 2nd half will begin tomorrow at lunch recess.

After recess, we worked on the Problem of the Day when Mr. McMurray taught us about dividing fractions. When that was over, Mr. McMurray called people to the back table to help them with their biography reports. About ten minutes later, Mr. McMurray started to read Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry, the book that we are reading in our class.

Then we wrote down our homework and went home.
