The Daily Blog - Megan

On Monday morning, Mr. McMurray got us from morning recess. When we went into the classroom, everyone started their warm-ups. After that, we corrected the warm-ups and learned how to multiply fractions with fractions and whole numbers with fractions.

We still had a few minutes left before P.E. to do a Problem of the Day (Lesson 10.1) which includes multiplying fractions together.

At P.E., we practiced our paddle skills. Group 2 was leading exercises. We had to bounce the ball on the paddle as long as we could. Mrs. Pane said the record was 130 bounces from the class befeore us who went to P.E.. A person in our class managed to beat that record!

After P.E. we went to recess and then after recess, we went back to class. We started to read When the Circus Came to Town. As we were reading, Mr. McMurray would pause the video, and we would list the main character's qualities, motives, and her actions. We finished up just in time for lunch.

After lunch, the first computer group went to the computer lab. The second computer group learned more math on multiplying fractions, then we wrote down our homework and went to computer lab.

At computer, we had to go to Think Central and finish our bi-weekly lesson test on The Night of San Juan and When the Circus Came to Town. When you finish, you have free choice.

When the bell rang, we went back home.
