The day started off with some kids going to band while we played a Geometry BINGO game called Quizmo. We learned a lot of shapes, symbols, and terms in this introduction to our new math unit.
After, we had Soul Shoppe where we learned about choices and talking about what we really car about. The lesson went longer than expected and made us late for recess. So we ended up having only five minutes of recess. Everyone was complaining about the short break we got. However, Mr. McMurray made it up by giving us a little more play time.
We went back to class and started on a new Social Studies project called a Flow Chart. We listed every event in Unit 5 which is about the American Revolution. It is almost like a time line but it is written in a different way.
We went to lunch and recess. In the afternoon, we had P.E., did more testing, ran a mile, and had more free time.
At the end of the day Mr. Murray showed us what he did with his daughter for the School Science Fair and went over homework.
