Wow...today is Tuesday, December 15th and only 3 more days until our Holiday Break. Yah!
Mr. McMurray started our day off with correcting our homework. He taught us about the Periodic Table of the Elements, metals, and atoms with a lesson he prepared using Power Point and a projector in class. Afterwards, we went to the Science Lab and learned about "atoms".
After science was RECESS and today we had a Flag Football game. The Crazy Fire Koalas won the game by a large margin at 18 to 8. Back to science and then on to our "buddies" in Room 6. The class along with our buddies got to work on a project. We decorated houses on our bags. These bags will be used to put presents in.
Now, our day is half done and it's already time for Lunch. Lunch was fun, then we came back to class for D.E.A.R. (drop everything and read). When we finished our D.E.A.R, the class shared our "Newspaper book reports"in small groups.
The day ended with playing football with Mr. McMurray on the upper field.
