When school started at 8:05a.m. we sat down in class for a few minutes while Mr. McMurray told us who was in our reading groups. Then, half the class went to work on the coputer and the other half stayed and broke into their reading groups.
When everybody returned from the computer lab, Mr. McMurray read a few chapters of the book called The Bridge to Terabithia. Once he was done reading, we then had to correct our homework. We then had recess.
When we returned from recess, half the class went to the library to check out a book. Whn everybody was back from the library, we did math in class for about an hour. After we were done, we had lunch that took about 30 minutes and then recess for another 15 minutes.
After recess, one group got to complete an assignment on the computers while the other groups were doing silent reading. Everybody had to read once they were done on the computers.
By the end of the day, Mr. McMurray checked our Explorer Report packets. School was then done for the day.
It was a fun day.
